We recommend 1 services staff per 0-40 guest additional as well. Starter service timings are 2 hours, followed by a half-hour break to set up for mains, and main course service time is 2 hours.Any extra time will incur a charge of $80 per hour.Staff is only responsible for fulfilling buffet food; no table service, bin changes, or place cleaning provided. We don’t provide any bin bags.

1. STANDARD SERVING SIZE: Our standard serving size is 4 litres starters and main each sufficient for 10 people.
2. QUANTITY SURCHARGE: Extra charges will apply if you require more quantity than our standard serve.
3. QUALITY & QUANTITY CHECK:
Please verify the quality and quantity of food at the time of pickup or delivery.
4. CUSTOMIZATION:
Additional charges may apply for customized or special requests.
5. PAYMENT TERMS :
Final payment for catering services must be made upon delivery of food. Payment is required before setup and service can commence.Failure to make timely payment may result in delays or cancellation of services.
6 STAFFING REQUIERMENTS: For events with 45 or more guests, we recommend a minimum of 2 staff members to ensure efficient service.
7.FOOD REMOVAL POLICY :
No take-away food is allowed. All food must be consumed on-site during the event.
